A fresh new look for reactuse

Today we're rolling out a new logo for reactuse. It's a small change on the surface and a meaningful one underneath — the mark you'll now see across the docs, npm, and GitHub is cleaner, more minimal, and built to hold up everywhere reactuse shows up.

Why we changed it

The old gradient "U" served us well early on, but as the project grew it started to show its limits. Gradients get muddy at small sizes, don't invert cleanly for dark mode, and never quite felt like reactuse — a library that's all about being sharp, typed, and no-nonsense.

The new mark is a single monochrome monogram: high-contrast, geometric, and legible from a favicon up to a conference banner. One shape, one color, no gradient to fall apart when it's 16 pixels wide.

What's changing

• The logo — a minimal black-and-white monogram replaces the gradient U.
• All docs are all updated to the new mark.
• Everything else stays exactly the same — same package, same @siberiacancode/reactuse, same hooks, no breaking changes. This is purely visual.

A real rebrand, not a repaint

We're treating this as a proper milestone for the project's identity. A minimal, consistent mark makes reactuse easier to recognize, easier to embed, and honestly just looks like it belongs next to the tools you already reach for. It's the visual foundation we'll build the next chapter of reactuse on.
